The Division of Biological Sciences supports the use of three different types of vehicles to meet your various needs:

  • One of the vehicles is a van and located at the loading dock on the east side of Bonner Hall. The keys are located in room 2150.
  • The second vehicle is the Shop truck which is a 3/4 ton flat bed (with lift gate) and is also in the Bonner Hall parking lot. It is available with a driver at $25.00 per hour. Call x42449 for more information.
  • The third vehicle is a pick-up truck and is stationed at the parking lot south of the Muir Biology by the Natatoruim . The keys are located in the Muir biology room 1210.

These vehicles are available for use on a first come first serve basis. The hours of operation are from 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. These vehicles serve several buildings and must be limited to a sign-out period of two hours. For no reason or purpose are these vehicles to be used for ANYTHING other than University business. There is a sign up sheet in the above referenced locations to retrieve the keys (the exception is the shop flatbed). These vehicles are for the support of the research and staff communities. The Division maintains and fuels these vehicles. It is the drivers' responsibilities to keep the vehicle fueled, oil checked, tires at the proper inflation, and check its running lights each time FOR SAFETY.
