This document summarizes the programs and policies that the Division of Biological Sciences at UC San Diego currently has in place for underrepresented minority inclusion and presents a blueprint for the future.
We seek outreach, introspection, and community discussion in order to create a culturally welcoming and professionally enriching environment. This is a mandate that cannot be relegated to just a few.
