Student Success and Engagement

The Student Engagement and Success team supports a range of student programs and events, such as student organizations, mentor programs, and engagement events through the year. The goal is to create an inclusive community that supports students to thrive as Biology students at UC San Diego and promotes their success academically, as aspiring leaders, and in their future careers.

The team also works on learning outcomes assessment and student performance data to support evidence based decisions for promoting student success.
