Tim Baker Honored with Microscopy Society of America 2012 Distinguished Scientist Award

Timothy S. Baker, a professor in the Section of Molecular Biology and in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, has been selected by the Microscopy Society of America to receive its 2012 Distinguished Scientist Award for the Biological Sciences. The award is in recognition of his internationally acclaimed research and distinguished contributions in the field of microscopy. Given annually since 1975, it is the highest award bestowed by the Society. It is accompanied by an Honorary Membership in MSA as well as election to the status of MSA Fellow.
